Diagnosing & repairing a Kitchen Aid dishwasher
Danny was on time for the appt. Quickly figured out the problem which had domino effect on other components. Quickly replaced and repaired the dishwasher and provided input on how to use and protect machine for years to come. He went above and beyond the scope of a repair technican. He is a very good one and I wholeheartedly recommend him!

Scheduling
Kevin was knowledgeable and very helpful. However, the scheduling was poor. Time frame of 8-5 was really a few minutes after 5. Shorter time window would be helpful.

Honest repair tech Mahmood Wali
Mahmood Wali is an amazing appliance technician. He evaluated the issue with my LG washer and gave me options that considered my budget after giving me a complete report on his findings. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Knowledgeable, Friendly, Informative and Helpful! Kudos to Sears for having such wonderful service staff!
