Great Service, but the 10 day wait-Not So Good
The Service Visit by Johnny was excellent. He called us early on day of visit with an approximate time in afternoon. Before his arrival I received a text that he was on his way. Johnny quickly identified & checked two possible areas for the water overflow issue onto our flow. He cleaned out a defrost drain tube/trap & tested if condensate tray leaked. Hoping his drain line cleaning solved our recurring water leak proble?

GE Rifrigerator Service
Mr. Joseph was very respectful and provided exceptional customer service. He explained why my refrigerator was not dispensing ice. "Due to my refrigerator water was not turn back on when it was installed." He cleared the gray water from my water dispenser and checked the water filter as well.
