Luis did a great job repairing our dishwasher.
Luis arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained what was needed to fix the top rack of the dishwasher and gave us an estimate. we agreed and he ordered the necessary parts. Later, he returned and installed the brackets quickly and correctly. Then he showed me the finished work. During the entire process, he was professional in his manner and appearance. Also his people skills are excellent! Luis is a great representative of A and E. Please use this when he has his annual review. He deserves to be recognized for outstanding customer service!

Service technician was great, but the scheduling and customer interface via the text/email links are awful. My appointment was delayed 17 days from the original date because sears had a wrong address for me, and there was no way to correct it without canceling the original appointment

Turese H is a very kind and polite gentleman. He come and ID himself as Sears repairman. He repair's the item and explain what was done. Each time he has come for services he is the same. We need more people like Tyrese to show interest in his jon.

Scotty was the ONLY person that would get the Kitchen Aid cooktop running properly. I first had a Maytag that was dangerous. I sent it back an upgraded to the Kitchen Aid. Mind you this was all within 2 months. The manufacturer mismarked the colors on the cooktop for the propane spud conversion. No one was able to answer a question at warranty center. So I called Sears home services (even though I paid for the warranty which they did not honor) and they sent Scotty. My prayers were answered. Scotty got it working properly. He has 20 yrs of experience in appliances and would highly recommend him, and Sears services.
