Very professional and organized. Did an amazing job. Good work. He made up for the terrible customer service from the previous tech who made no call no show even when I confirmed the date and took time off work waiting for their arrival. Also the customer service line rep was not helpful at all. Jeakwon made up for lack of previous services and customer service line. Sears really needs to take a deep process change so that FSE's such as Jaekwon do not have to mitigate disgruntled customers walking into an already difficult job. Sears is setting your field techs (who represent the face of the company to the customer) for failure and making customers reconsider purchasing from them again or requesting any type of service because the customer experience is horrendous. Although I'm giving 5 stars for Jaekwon as it would reflect on future performance reviews. The real survey would be directed not about the FSE specifically but to the over all service experience which I would give a 1 star only for Jaekwons service only. He's one of the good one. Keep him on board by bettering your service structure before you lose him to a company who not only values theirs techs piece of mind but also the customers. That's to include internal customers such as Customer Service Team so when external customers such as myself call and finally get in contact with a live rep the rep on the line actually cares about trying to make things right and put effort into taking accountability in the matter.
