This 'Company' is a scam. A phone AI computer which takes information and does nothing. Calling the number on the website connects to a boiler room that promises $100 gift card for additional information. Phishing to the max. Do not waste your time or money. Re: Maybe the AI scheduling wizard could provide some information on the service call that it did not complete. The AI has all the information i could provide in an email. Maybe, the service searshomeservices.com is trying to provide is a credit card. So consumers know, searshomeservices.com is not the only company pulling this stunt. They set up appointments, do not keep them, do not call to reschedule, and when you call back they pass you around. Buy local if you can.

Where to start. When you call its all automated except when a person calls you to try and sell you a home warranty. We scheduled our repair for a Friday and the tech was a no show, after several attempts I finally got a person on the phone who said he was on the way and to just wait he never showed. Further attempts to get a person on the phone was unsuccessful with the automated system just hanging up on me after verifying my address. Monday repair tech showed up took off the front of the dryer then informed me that it would be $650 to repair the heater coil on the dryer which is an 80 dollar part and around 30 mins to do. Payed them their 140 dollar "diagnostic" fee and sent him on his way.

This is Germaine’s daughter, Tierney. I was in the home while the technician was there. We are highly disappointed with your technician’s “repairs”. Therefore, he gets no stars!! The dryer was operational before he worked on it. Once he replaced the parts he informed me there was a problem. He said the breaker would not turn back on so the dryer wasn’t going to work. He proceeded to insinuate that the breaker must have been going bad before he worked on the dryer and just went out. You will see from the attached photos that when the dryer is unplugged the breaker switch stays on. That tells me that there is a problem with the dryer and not the breaker. Your technician messed something up and doesn’t want to take the blame for it. He came back in and proceeded to argue with my mom about it. He told her she could move the dryer over by the stove to use it, after he told us earlier that the voltage was too high to plug in anywhere else. This needs to be taken care of ASAP!!!! PS: That star is only selected because I can’t submit the survey without doing so!!

Scam. This company charged $140 to diagnose my washer’s problem. The repairman said the drain pump was bad and that it would cost $444 (parts and labor). I declined after I found the part on Amazon for $20. He said he was certain the drain pump was the problem. After the repairman left, I decided to go on YouTube to troubleshoot. I found a small wash cloth in the pump. After I removed it and reinstalled the pump, the washer worked perfectly. For $140, he should have opened the washer and looked at the pump before quoting such a high price. I almost lost $444 or worse bought a new washer.

Our appointment was cancelled, their truck broke down. Two days later, they sent a message to my husband's email that they would finally show up at 6:30pm, but they never texted me. But I got text reminders about an appointment between 1 and 5pm. Their chat doesn't work, and they said they couldn't find my number. Sears needs to just give up. We're not playing with them anymore! They're dead and don't know it.

I made an appointment with Sears and they were supposed to come out on Wednesday to repair my washer and dryer between 1-5 pm. No call no show. I took time off from work to be home. Then I get a text message from Sears at 5:35 pm that they have rescheduled my appointment for Friday between 8a-12pm. They took they liberty of rescheduling my appointment without calling to ask me. I cannot take time off from work again. I will be going with another service company.
