The customer service experience at first was not great but the system worked well this time and we were notified when the technician would arrive by text and email and it was accurate. Prior experiences had been no communications and not showing up. Thanks for being reliable this time!

My dryer is working. Mr. Josh repaired my Whirlpool dryer and was thorough in explaining appliance issues. He was courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up the work area. Under the unusual circumstances of my paying out of pocket because Choice warranty company claimed they couldn't find a technician, he made sure receipts were prepared same day as service repair so I could forward documents and be reimbursed asap. I appreciate all that he did in a timely manner and his personable demeanor..
