GE Profile Double Oven Service
Our service technician, Walter, had 30 years of experience and was able to determine what the underlying issue was with our double oven. He was on-time and texted/called us when he was coming. Excellent service!

Travis is very supportive of the customer
It took a number of trips to our home to repair our microwave (which is a built in microwave/oven). These repairs covered a two month period. The scheduling with Sears is very frustrating, we were always put at the end of the route which required someone being home all day. Travis always advocated for us and did what he could to help with scheduling which was out of his control. He was always pleasant and made us feel like we were an important customer. That's the only thing that made this process worth it. I'd definitely recommend Travis as a technician of choice.

Alex is a very good technician, got to work quickly, was very thorough checking the ice maker out. Cleaned up when the work was finished, gave me some things to watch for and what to do. It was done quickly and efficiently.
