I will ask for this fine and talented young lady every time we needto have our washer and dryer serviced! She is very knowledgeable and gets right after it when she arrives. Too, she LISTENS when you describe the problem you are experiencing before attacking blindly. I would recommend her to everyone, but then she may not have time for us. 🙂
