very polite and diagnosed my problem right away. Gave me 3 options for repair.

Washing Machine is still not repaired
This experience has been a total mess. My machine stopped mid cycle on 16 October. I waited 4 days for a repairman. He replaced two parts but that didn't solve the problem. Today 2 Nov 23. After two more visits from your repairman and replacing several parts, I'm waiting on more parts and the next appointment is not until 14 Nov, almost a month after my first call for service. And the machine is barely 3 years old. I would not recommend this machine or your repair service. The repairmen did what they could, but your scheduling process is terrible.

He was patient. Explained what he was doing…what he thought was wrong…and explained how he was testing it. He found the solution, and showed me what was wrong. He even waited downstairs a bit for my wife to tidy up really quick.
