My refrigerator went out on Christmas Day and another company was supposed to fix it. They were on vacation for Christmas week. My warranty company assigned me to Sears. I had to wait another week understanding that your company had others before me. Kemonti came on Thursday the 4th and diagnosed what the problem was. He had to order 2 sensors and come back the next Wednesday. He was right on time both times. He fixed the problems and even cleaned my dust from my hoses in my fridge, dryer vent and cleaned my washer out for a little extra. He was a man I could trust in my home, polite and hopefully if anything ever happens again they will send me Sears and Kemonti. I was blessed .
