After waiting 10 weeks from 1st reporting an operating problem with LG refrigerator, the refrigerator is finally cooling. Service tech went right to work & made all repairs necessary with the parts available. He was done within the timeframe stated. He worked very well.

Ronnie was a professional technician that installed a a new digital clock light quickly in our electric range. He was kind, polite, and answered all questions. We hope to have him again when something might break. Sears has an excellent employee!!! We will be asking for him. Thank you Ronnie for being professional and for fixing our stove so quickly.

Other than the delays in the second part of the service (waiting for the part to arrive, then delayed a couple of weeks because the tech got sick) the service was superlative. Jowone was very professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly. It was a great pleasure dealing with A&E (local Sears service partner).
