Excellent Workmanship - Ronnie C
Ronnie C deserves a raise! My house was hit by lighting Sunday June 30th in which my clothes washer was affected among other items in my house. He knew right away that the cause of the error code LE locked the agitator and was the cause and effect of the error code. He immediately upon diagnosis rendered the need for a new motor and placed the order. I received the new part on Friday July 12 and he showed up in July 13 to replace the new part. Ronnie C is very personable and has a high sense of integrity. I will definitely recommend Sears Services to everyone I know and have them ask for Ronnie C!
