Ice maker and circuit card
My wife said he was in and out in 20 minutes. He left the old units and cardboard on our counter guess that's normal? I'm just pleased someone came out after 2 prior cancelations. He told wife wait 24 hours for ice. Tomorrow will tell if it's been properly repaired.

Great tech
He was the fourth tech sent out on a job that should have been done the first time. He did a wonderful job, it's a shame he had to come out and clean up others failed and non caring work ethic. He explained and showed me and was very conscientious. If all your techs were this thorough and customer oriented you'd be on your way back to preeminence. The first tech Wayne and the other after him were an absolutely waste of manpower and money and in the end it will cost your companies bottom line not just in profitability but in customers not coming back to you. So last technician take a bow but the others before him should ask themselves why they go to work
