The Sears technician Mark arrived with an great attitude and can-do attitude. He listened to my questions and answered them all with great satisfaction. He performed the work diligently and he doubled checked and even triple checked to make sure everything was operational before departing. I wish all technicians had this kind of attitude and due diligent that Mark displayed today. Looking forward to having Sears Home Services assist me again whenever I need assistance.
