My interactions with the technician (Ronnie) were top tier. He was super professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. However, after scheduling my appointment, I was extremely irritated by the AI/computer generated messages. The AI system scheduled 2 dates and asked me the same questions for the 3 days straight leading up to my scheduled appointment. If Sears is going to utilize these computer generated systems to communicate with us humans, please make sure it’s effective.

Walter kept us informed on his arrival time, punctual, etc. He went right to work on the dishwasher. He explained what the problem was and fixed the problem. He replaced and cleaned up after the job. My wife and I believe he should be nominated for employee of the month. He was impressive.
