If give less than one star if I could. This has been the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Four months ago, a tech came out and put a bandaid on my dishwasher. It worked for two weeks and died again. Fast forward 4 months and 4 visits later, not to mention the 3 times they had to reschedule because the tech couldn’t make it out that day even though I took the day off to make their ridiculous 8am to 5 pm window, my dishwasher is still not working. The tech is absolutely clueless as to what needs to be done to fix the dishwasher. The company’s trash and has dropped the ball on ordering the correct part. One visit they ordered a used part from who knows where! I would have cancelled the entire warranty if it wasn’t for the threats from the company they I would have to pay for the parts they ordered that to this date, they still haven’t installed. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else to work with. This company should not even be in business if this is how they value their customers and how they model their customer service.

I would give no stars but it won’t let me. Sears never showed back up and we had to get our fridge fixed elsewhere and now I received a paid invoice stating that parts were installed. Never had any parts installed from Sears. Lowes Protection plan is getting screwed if Sears charged them.

Scheduled service twice. Both times where a no call and no show. They sent us numerous reminders to make sure we are present for the scheduled appointment that they set. No respect for people time and had to miss work both times. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of someone to talk to about why their tech did not show up. When they finally called us, we were told that we would be put on priority, but they don't seem to have an opening for the next 2- weeks. They will call once the figured something out. Never got that call. All of the sudden a several days later ,they sent a schedule time of arrival. it was too late by then. Another company was sent to diagnose and repair the microwave. Not sure what happened to this company, but their service has gone down the drain all together.

Thank you Brian for being on time and professional. Wayne cancelled saying he was busy and overbooked, which I seriously doubt. The app said you were one stop away early in the day then 5pm sharp you cancel my appointment numerous times. Sears technicians are not reliable and very unprofessional. Especially not to give the customer a courtesy call saying you would cancel not 1 time not 2 times not 3 times but 4 different times. This ticket was given to your company in June and you held up my service for 2 months. I had to take off work and lose money from your poor service technicians. I should be suing for my income reimbursement and guess what? I still don't have a working washer. If I see Sears in the future if it does not have the name Brian behind it, you can rest assured I'm declining the service!

Well, I’m very upset. I left my husband in charge and when I came home, the dishwasher is about 2 inches out on the top from where it used to be and the bottom flap wasn’t even put back in before the metal plate was screwed in. Not sure who to call at this point. Samsung or A&E. I don’t feel like it’s Samsung’s fault. And I did call the 1-800 # provided from A&E, but was told the ticket was closed and I needed to contact Samsung. I had already contacted Samsung and they are waiting for the ticket to close so they can open a new one. And the issue goes on....

Scheduling the initial diagnostic was easy... after that EVERYTHING has been a nightmare. Had an appointment from 8-12 for repair, my repair technician did not show up for the appointment and I was never notified. And they make it extremely hard to contact a live person You have to manipulate the phone tree to set up a new repair just to discuss your current repair with a live person. Then You get transferred to another division. (None of them can speak good English) They are literally no help. The phone rep just reads off their dummy card. They refused to connect me to a manager saying they can't reach my cell phone because I am currently on the line with them. They get you to hang up and never reach out. This organization is the biggest sham and the absolute worst retail experience I have ever dealt with. I will be contacting the my credit card fraud department over this if it doesn't get resolved. The WORST experience I have ever had dealing with home repair. THE WORST

This technician was the rudest and most distasteful technician I have ever encountered. He came and did not do his JOB!!!! He closed my ticket without even looking at my unit and hung up in my face. Would HIGHLY not recommend.
