Took over 2 weeks for service , he said he had to order parts. Then came in and left less then 10 mins after did not use the parts that he claimed was needed & took the parts with him . He basically ordered parts for no reason and then stole them as well. My washer is fixed , don’t know what he did .

Update 7/9/24… still sending the same tech to my house. Unprofessional and you keep sending the same guy to my house. So you respond telling me to reach out to your facebook page for assistance, and not only do you not check your messages there. Update: You still have yet to call me after I provided you my phone number. Days later I still have a broken refrigerator. You keep playing with the appointment line and rescheduling my appointments the morning of and then trying to charge me a service fee after I’ve paid two already and you haven’t even replaced the parts you ordered from the first diagnostic that a different technician tried to take with him until I asked for the part back. With no resolution insight I’m about to upload the screenshot with the technician’s name that I do NOT want back at my house. I want the original guy who identified the issue and not a tech that’s unprofessional and lies and annotates on the ticket that he came and fixed the issue. If you read the reviews you will see that I’m not the only customer who has taken time off of work for no shows, parts ordered and techs taking them, and still dealing with broken appliances. Multiple customers can’t be lying on these technicians as well as the company itself. All they do is respond to us with the exact same verbiage.

One tech ordered parts.. other tech said we didn't need parts and took them. Then tech ordered part of the part. 2nd tech was a crook and nasty. So here i am 6 weeks later, noone shows up, one end doesn't know what the other is doing. They suck.. don't use them. Then, they delete the work orders..i have screen shots..i knew what ordered and taken. Needless to say..idt anything will get fixed

They fail to keep appointments, you can’t talk to anyone located in North America and they won’t reschedule your appointment when you DO get to speak with someone. And that someone is in the Philippines

My fridge is still broken it took 3 weeks to get an appointment between 8-5 they cancelled one appointment with no warning & I had to wait a whole other week the technician said it was fixed so bought $200 worth of groceries to come home & find everything went bad

My washer was worse after the tech left. He left my laundry room messed up. Nothing was solve.Now I have to wait for some parts before I can wash. I have been with Sears a long time. Never have I been this dissatisfied. Had to get someone to straighten Laundry Room
