We have had the worst experience of My lifetime with Sears. First one cannot speak with anyone who will listen. Automated and IndiA CS. Horrible, horrible horrible service. We had 3 scheduled appointments, First one cancelled at the last minute due to weather. No that is a lie. Our house had electricity. Second time rep sent a text He was too busy after We again changed plans in anticipation of Our refrigerator being fixed. Sears sold Us a refridgetor with a known problem. We paid a lot for the best elite thinking We would be happy. We only live in NV half the year and are so unhappy with Your products that We bought in good faith and Your service department. They lie, techs suck. Your better off buying what ever a new
new one. Took 4 months to get parts for my washer. Try calling, you will never get a return call. The techs lie. Never ever get anything from them

Microwave repair
Repairment diagnosed a broken thermostat due to 11 years of range cooking under microwave, causing fan to come on. They ordered a new thermostat and received a wrong one In second repair visit they bypassed the thermostat with a wire, the microwave run for a second and blew a fuse Then they reported a power surge caused the blown fuse, and did nothing

Repair Thor 48 inch range hood
Dane F showed up , that's about it , made excuses of what was wrong, he was on the phone with Thor text support, they supposedly diagnosed it as a faulty range hood , crossed wires, burned out power box, have no confidence in Thor at this time!!!

No understanding
No one showed up. Got a notice that he had arrived but didn't. Notified that parts are in NLA research. He should have at least stopped and explained what's going on. Second time that he has been scheduled and failed to show up

No call, no show is not very good customer service.
This is the 2nd time I've had the technician not show up and cancel without letting me know why. I've had to take time off of work to be able to have an adult present. Supposedly parts were ordered but haven't shipped yet. But I've had 2 boxes the size of a smart car in my laundry room for a month now. I'm about ready to send the parts back, cancel my home warranty and just deal with the situation myself. Better communication would be ideal in this situation.
