Dane has came out to work on our refrigerator several times and has always been professional and knowledgeable in his work. He explained what he was working on so we knew what he was doing. Very good customer service provided.

It's nice to have confidence in a service technician and that's what we got from Dane. He fixed a problem with our refrigerator freezer. Dane is very professional and conscientious. On our first appointment, he went out of his way to get the refrigerator to freeze properly until he could order parts. When the parts came, he went right to work and got everything fixed.

He did very well. However, narrow the time frame down to 4 hours not the whole day. Older people have lots of doctor appointments. If we have to miss one it takes 2 - 3 weeks to get a new appt.
