I was notified when they were on the way. They came early so my day was free, which was nice because I had compnay. Dane diagnosed the problem with my washer immediately and had the part on his truck to repair it. He was professional, polite and explained things as he went. And bonus, he was careful to not let my dogs escape when he came in.
