Washer Issue
Very professional. Diagnosed and remedied the problem quickly. Explained steps for me to try first if it happens again.. explained about the Sears Warranty Program which I signed for. Biggest selling point for me was that it covers older appliances.

He was very quick and easily communicated to me the problem with my dryer. When he left and I tried to do laundry, my washing machine wouldn't start so I called him and he happily walked me through the solution.
