Our repairman was great, and we had a lot of obstacles to negotiate, as washer is a stackable and squeezed into a very small place, but eventually we got it accessible and then Sears did its magic.

Michael was very kind and professional. He checked my dryer and determined the problem. However, your company no longer carried the part needed. He put my dryer back together and told me if I could find the part and buy it, I could call and have Michael install the part. I have found the part, but it won't be delivered for a few days. As soon as I get the part, I will call for Michael to return to install it. Thanks to Michael!
