Melissa was great but my home warranty is fighting over a wo
I'm being charged $700÷ for parts and labor which is mo=e than the replacement cost of this type of refrigerator. They are claiming Melissa said it was a modification. She did not. She stood next to me on speaker phone and argued the point professionally. They would not budge. I n eed Melissa to just tell them to replace it, which will cost all parties less.

Quick but slow
It took about a month to get this repair done. We had to have a part ordered which is understandable, but then there was a cancellation that made us have to wait almost another 2 weeks.

Terrible Service Repair Company
If I could give zero stars I would. This is the 3rd attempt to have this company fix my fridge door. They once again failed to do it stating some unauthorized issues on our house warranty end. I recommended to Choice Home Warranty to stop using this company all together.

2nd Sears tech arriving with no parts to repair
This is the 2nd Sears tech and still in without a working refrigerator. Weeks later HWA said Sears says I need to contact LG for the part but LG requires... Local tech name: Service center name: Company address: Email address: Phone number: Warrantied part/s needed: Information about partial warrantied parts can be found on the warranty page of your owner's manual. Sears doesn't have a valid email address to provide LG for parts authorization letter and even the tech said there's no email. I'm now nearly a month without a working refrigerator because no one wants to do their job. Choice,Sears, HWA or LG. Today's tech should've never came by after paying the 1st tech for diagnostic
