Unsatisfied, Rick Almarez technician came out opened back panel of stove and determined that I had a roach problem warranties were voided no repairs done now I'm stuck with a 4 month stove that doesn't work.

I am very disappointed in the service that I received today the service man that came out told me that there was roaches in the back of the panel and said that it would cost $900 to repair I was so terrified about having roaches so I called local service man to come out for a second opinion which he stated there was no roaches one of the lines was loose which he tightened and there was frozen ice in the bottom of the drawer and that's what was causing the freezer drawer from opening my out-of-pocket for the service was $375 not understanding why I paid for extended warranty and the guy that came to service didn't look at any of the things my mother pointed out to him

Sears was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I been without a refrigerator for 3 months. Sears cancel our appointment nine times and never showed up to fix it. Sears is a fraud I would not ever hire them again.

This so call technician does not know what he is doing. He has been working addressing the same issues with my washing machine for about 2 months. The first time he came out he ordered parts for my washer. Two boxes came in he used the parts from one box and took the second box with him without opening it. He said it was fix. It continued to do the same issue. He came back l and then said that the washing machine was not draining properly because of how the drainage pipe was position. He left and I reposition the pipe and the washing machine continued to do the same thing, which is not spinning properly therefore water was not draining out. Even though I call again for serve and requested that another service tech come out the still sent me this idiot. This fourth time he claims well there is some mold on your wall and I told him what does mold have to do with the washing machine still not working properly. At the end of his inspection he stated that it was the Clutch and that he had ordered it. Soon after that I received a text from my warranty company stating that because of what this tech wrote on his findings report that they were not going to cover my upcoming repair service. So much for paying for warranty coverage.
