He did his job. He had answers for every question I asked. The problem is that I would have to have saved a receipt from 5 yrs ago (that would most likely the ink would have disappeared) in order for the warranty to cover the parts. LG SUCKS and they are not honoring their warranty or standing behind their products

Hermon cares about providing good & thorough work.
Hermon was suspicious of new part for our ice maker & checked on me the following day. Even though I had HORRENDOUS experience trying to set up a recall appt, Hermon requested permission to come back for follow up. He was able to correct issue and the ice maker is again making ice and dispensing.
