You certainly have a gem in Kenneth. I have been with Sears for 20 plus years and he has been the most thorough technician that I have had the pleasure to be associated with. He not only fixed the problem but how to keep it from happening again, He cleaned up everything before he left and even put the dirty towels that I gave him to catch the water in the washing machine, He deserves a bog Kuddo Thank you
