Curteous and very knowledgeable. Installed the replacement arms with no problem, on the dishwasher. Checked to make sure that they worked correctly.

Whirlpool washer suspension repair
Roy explained and demonstrated the issue with the suspension on the washer before proceeding with repair. After repair was complete, tested the washer to show it was working properly. He was fast and respectful of property.
