Bad delayed booking times
He was fine. It just took way too long to get the service appointment. They canceled my first appointment without giving a reason and then booked it much later. Not happy about that.

Felt like I was a bother
When he called I am assuming to confirm appointment he stated "Hello you're having problems with your fridge and what's wrong?" I said "yes it is not cooling" he then said "okay I will head that way" sounds annoyed and just hung up when I said "thank you goodbye." Once here he took one look and left us without a diagnosis stating we are under warranty. I am now doing all the warranty calling which to find out I'm not under warranty so I waited 6 days for this appointment without a fridge for a rude technician to walk in my house and leave me with no more information than what I already had the day my fridge went out! Very unprofessional!
