The technician was very nice and worked well. He did leave the extra parts that he was going to take with him here, and I don't know how get in contact with to tell him. The wait for parts was long, but he got the job done when they showed.

Daniel found the issue, made arrangements to have a part replaced. Unfortunately, we have not heard from anyone since he came. No idea where and when the part will arrive. WE ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF ANOTHER FREEZER FOR OUR PANTRY

The information that I have my appointment is tomorrow between 6:00 and 7:00. That's good, they said it was for my dryer. That's bad. I gave him information for my washing machine. That's the serial number and everything that I gave them. I have been trying to tell somebody this, and this is the first opportunity that I've had to give my message out. See you all tomorrow

He was argumentative. He acted as if he was not going to repair it, that he would not have parts. If given the choice to use him specifically. I would not. He did however, miraculously produce an ice maker and installed it, but it was not a pleasant experience.

The technician was perfectly fine. It was Sears service that was horrible. I was a month without my dryer. Completely ridiculous. They rescheduled my appointment 2 x the day of the appointment. I had to reschedule online and could never get in touch with an actual person. It was so inconvenient.
