Unnecessary Appointment
Technician did not change out any parts that previous technician said was malfunctioning. He only changed out a sensor staying that would resolve the tub on my washer from spinning aggressively like it was going to fly out the machine. He placed 4 towels in the machine and stated the issue was resolved. He made this resolution without placing a full load in the washer. Trip was useless. Additionally, I don't want to sound mean, but I was 'suspect' about if he would be able to handle the repairs. He's a much older man who almost fell when walking up my driveway.
