Washer Repair
Jeremiah was the third tech sent out, 1st 2, AHS and I switched to Sears Home Repair. AHS techs said it was a bad speed regulator and they replaced it. It never resolved the issue so I changed to Sears and Jeremiah came out, listened to it a couple of minutes and said he thought it was a clogged filter. Checked the filter, cleaned it and was finished in less than 20 minutes.

Thomas was very professional. Called first thing in the morning to let me know he would be coming around mid morning. Also called when he was on his way. Found the problem quickly. Somehow my range went back to factory settings and would not heat the oven. He reset it for me and also showed me what to do if it happens again. Thank you, Thomas!!!!

Thomas knew what to do and thoroughly inspected the machine before starting work. He installed the sump pump and suggested we use powdered soap as we have soft water. He made sure the dishwasher ran properly before leaving. Thanks!

Mr. Antonio came to examine our oven, and retested the outcomes we reported. Found an anomaly we hadn't recognized, and sought various solutions to the issue, realizing the problem wasn't what we had thought. He was polite, and explained things well, so we could understand.
