Was not satisified with the service.
Under the conditions of the plan that I purchased, electrical work is covered under my plan. The technician stated he could not repair my A/C system. When electrical work is covered. My condenser was not working as well.

Not worth buying the warranty
Came replaced part and left. Did not stay to diagnose if machine would even work. After waiting for a month he did a tearable job. Now have to wait another 2 weeks when this could have been taken care of the first time if it was diagnosed with the computer and not had to wait for mother board that was received refurbished.

Horrible !!!
He didn't explain what I was signing I thought it was for the repair. He had me sign waivers that damage was already done before he got there. And then forged my signature on the complete of repair and estimate.

2 tries 2 fails
Both last year and today Sears came out to fix our AC and it worked…..briefly. 30 minutes later, nothing, it stopped working so we again have to wait another week for them to come fix what they didn't the first time.

Not working
He may have gotten the AC to stay on but it's still not working not cooling he is the second Tex from this company been without AC for 3 weeks now they want me to wait another week1/2 for someone else to come out!!!!!
