Juan was great
It is terrible that good workers like Juan, and customers like our family, have to deal with horrible, disjointed, fantasy systems for scheduling. Juan fixed our washer, but it took months, not because of parts, but because our appointments and parts were cancelled without our knowledge. Sears Service Scheduling and parts ordering is the worst. We put the customer last should be their motto.
