No very knowledgeable very dry personality
My issue with my appliance wasn't resolved by this tech. He came out twice and still wasn't able to resolve the issue. First time he troubleshoot said he had to wait for three weeks back three weeks later was new parts and still couldn't verify. What was the issue the service with the technician?

Techician came to repair my washer.
This man did not properly fix my washer correctly. Actually he made it worse, I called to let him know he didn't fix it & left several messages & he never returned my calls . I spoke to another technician (Bryan ) he was so ugly & hateful . Would NOT give me the mangers name & phone number . I will Never use Sears repair ever again . They are dishonest & want to charge me lots of money to fix a problem they never fixed to began with . I hate the way I was treated as a customer. I will tell whom ever I know ( word of month) they are fraudulent & misleading . I'm a very dissatisfied customer. They just took my money & are not an honest repair company . These people are probably contractors and just care about putting money in their pockets. They are the worse people I ever dealt with . The reason I went with them is because Sears is supposed to be a reputable company , but it's NOT .

Diagnosed problem only
Disappointed in service. From what symptoms were we were pretty sure we had a clogged drainage pipe. Technician confirmed that, but only suggested to find a plumber. And his words were, good luck with that, because most plumbers won't unclog HVAC units. He did ask us where the drain pipe existed our home.

Very disappointed
My washer is not draining the water. Robert didn't do anything except look at it and concluded it is a bad pump. He said they would order parts and he would be back Monday or Tuesday to repair. I also received an email saying my repair is not covered because it is not wear and tear. I'm very upset and will consider looking for another home warranty.

Service on my washer 10/19
This man was extremely rude. I heard him banging my washer I went to ask him if everything was ok his response was "You need to give me my space". I just walked away. He also broke a hose on my washer did not replace it. I did call to report it was broke and no response was been received. I am very disappointed with this situation.

Poor
Technician never showed up for appointment. I took time off from work to be home for appointment. This really sucks that I loss a day of wages for this appointment in which the Technician didn't show up.

Did more harm than good
This was the third service call for the same issue. My freezer has not been cooling correctly. When the tech came out today, he told me we have a Freon leak. Once he left the freezer stopped working at all and now the refrigerator is not cooling either. I am worse off after the service call than before. In addition, I already spent a large chunk of money on a replacement part that the tech today informed me had nothing to do with my issue.

Technician
The technician was rude and pushy. He did not say goodbye, he did not smile or present himself well. He insulted the washing machine by saying how old she was and how they don't make them anymore. He made mistakes while putting the bank card into the system. He wasn't polite, he didn't have manners, and he didn't listen to anything being said.
