Warranty not clear
I was told parts are covered through warranty and on detailed receipt I see a charge for parts. I am ok with labor charge and not with parts charge.

Excellent repair!
Have had several techs out to determine why my Maytag washer was making so much noise when it drained. This was after getting a new drain pump. Was consistently told that noise was normal, when it never made such a racket before. Finally Jonathan came out a few weeks ago to fix the dryer--which he did successfully--and I had him listen to the noise in the washer which he diagnosed as coming from the internal water line in the washer itself. The prior tech had insisted it was in the house line and I had to waste time and money hiring a plumber only to find out nothing was the matter with our pipes. Today Jonathan came back and discovered that the problem was the clogged filter to the machine's water inlet. He was able to clean it out quickly and then ran the machine through the whole cycle to make sure everything was OK. Very pleased with the repair. Sears/A&E could have saved itself a lot of money and I could have saved a lot of my time, if only more of your techs knew anything and were willing to do the work! Kudos to Jonathan.

Jonathan arrived on time and and went right to work. he told me what the issue was, how to correct it and at what cost. completed the task.. Jonathan told me about a contract for the future too. And did not pressure me to purchase. Johnathan was perfect. I hope if I need assistance again Jonathan is sent to me

Need to reset washer.
Tried to get our technician back. My wife was unable to use the washer to work properly. It kept filling up with water and it began to leak water from the bottom of the wash. We need it to work properly. Mr Juan should have tested the washer to be sure it was in good working condition.

washer and dryer
for several months tech. has come to fix the dryer first, with no luck. Now both washer and dryer are not working. Starts and stops on it's own.

Knowledgeable and patient
Unlike a couple of prior techs, Bryan G. was quickly able to determine that there was nothing wrong at the water source and I should not have needed to hire a plumber as I did on Antonio's insistence. Sounds coming from the drain pump are normal--no need for concern. But he listened to the full cycle to be sure. Much appreciated.

The only answer Juan provides is call Sears
Juan forgets who pays his salary. The customers he takes care of. He replaced the dryer dial and left the old parts and trash for us to clean up. He was here on Friday to work on the freezer and we are now waiting on parts which is understandable but could have cleaned the coils so the freezer would work properly while waiting in the parts but said he could not do that because it would close the ticket. Two different issues but correcting one would close the issue???? It was frustrating and again the answer is call Sears. I told him I would make sure I wasn't there when he came back that someone else would be here. Really this is the service Sears now provides????
