Good Job Done
Antonio was able to get the dishwasher working again, and did so even though he was faced with a problem installation. He was pleasant and was able to explain the major problem to me.

Icemaker fixed AGAIN
Juan didn't call ahead as I had expected him to do. He called me when he was at my front door. He did the parts install n was on his way in less than 15 minutes.

Dissatisfied
The technician fixed our AC Central pretty fast, I asked him if he could change the thermostat since it is very old and gets stuck on a certain temperature, he said I could change it myself since he wasn't allowed to do so. I have been paying this insurance for many years and this was my second claim , so I feel he should of done it for me, it just have been a courtesy.

Very Happy Customer😁
Mr. Sabas, Was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and didn't mind explaining things to me. He took all my questions, answered them with respect, and didn't make me feel like a special needs customer, like most male technicians do. Seriously he deserves a big raise and a Happy Meal... Thank You, A. Bell

Abusive
Nobody can communicate with the technicians because nobody has a phone number to call and the computer-sent messages never get through. Your answering machine is impossible to navigate. When Jonathan came the first time (after not showing up for two days and arriving late on the third) he replaced lock on washer and did nothing about the noise. In the past techs always asked me to call them directly if a problem persisted, but you have changed that, so he was unable to return. Juan T came the second time, but the time changed 3 times and I got a call saying I would not get service that day at all. Nobody knew what caused that robocall. Juan T was able to diagnose the problem immediately and ordered a drain pump on Feb. 5. He also made an appointment for Saturday, when I had been told by MYHOME that techs no longer worked on weekends. The part arrived on Feb. 7 but I could not reach anyone to let them know. The packing looked like it had been done by a small child: a small piece of bubble wrap was thrown in the bottom of the box and the pump was thrown on top of it so it could rattle around in the box. Not surprisingly, the box was partially crushed by UPS, but appears to have survived and Jonathan replaced it yesterday. So far so good, but the whole experience was agonizing and abusive--not the fault of the techs, but of your system.
