The service tec was great. Your policy of sending parts directly to the home sucks. We got 3 damaged parts whic h resulted in 3 unnecessary service calls to our house and 3 weeks delay in repair. Your AI attendant leaves alot to be desired. I will not be using your services again and will spread the word. Don Scott And I used to love Sears..

Jose was friendly, curteous and a delight to speak with. When he arrived, he was confident that HE would make our 10 days of living in an 88 degrees house and make it cooler in a gip. And it happen! I jumped for joy and he joined me in the celebration. We loved HIS Spirit!

We couldn't be happier with the service we received! The dryer repair technician was professional, prompt, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it in simple terms, and had the dryer working again in no time. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also gave us helpful tips on how to keep the machine running smoothly. It's rare to find someone this reliable and courteous. Highly recommended!!

Today’s service technician was Fast, thorough, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a positive experience. Thank you. I was disappointed with the company because of the no show on 5/22/25 and the fact that I did not get a courtesy call informing me the technician would not be showing up as agreed after I had cancelled other engagements. Again, today’s technician was outstanding making it a positive experience.
