Sabas is great. However, he was not to help my problem other than to pump freon on my four mini-splits. Stated Sears does not do what I require. Will be looking for bids for problem.

Unhappy
Jonathan was very kind and friendly, the thing is he said it was the heating element and he repaired it but it's not repaired. The burners are still over heating, if I put it on 3-5 it doesn't heat very well, I don't have all day to warm up water and if I put it on 6 it over heats in a minute, it turns red hot. This is the second time we've called and it still doesn't work. Not happy 😒

Washer Machine
Mr Kenneth came to are home to fix are Washer Machine the year 2020. He didn't known how Back in that year. 2023 Mr Kenneth arrived again From Sears. The young Man have learned and we are so proud of Kenneth and Sears taking the time to teach him to become a better Sears employee. We reall wish Sears to give Kenneth a bonus, or I can't certificate to take him and his wife to a nice dinner. Sears you have a good employee on your staff, very professional. He was at our home, came in with a smile and greeted us with a handshake. He knows about customer service. He explain to us what was wrong with our machine. He waited to make sure the machine was running properly and it was. We are so thankful that Mr. KENNETH came back to are home in the 2023 year and gave us such good customer service. Thank you Searsfor keeping good employees. Sears my father brought his tools way back in the day he would not go anywhere else and when he passed away, he told my mother before he died to give my husband, Mr. Temple , all of his tools and we still have them today. Thank you Sears for being in our lives for over 40 years. We hope Sears will give Kenneth a Bonus, or give him a gift card so he can take him and his wife out to a nice dinner. If it's anything we can do, please let us know so we can help Sears accomplish that for Mr. KENNETH. Thank You Sears From The Temple Faniy.
