We had a fabulous young man cone to the house and before I knew it the dryer was fixed. I'm not sure his name was Ken but he deserves the highest praise anyone could write. Our dryer had been down since 7 Aug and within an hr it was back on track. Sadly the initial report stated our motor was bad but sadly had been misdiagnosed. After spending all day yesterday on the phone with Sears abd honestly had little hope it would be repaired BUT I was wrong. He changed my recommendation from a horrible experience (10 days without a dryer; $$$ at a laundromat) to full confidence in his ability. Without a doubt I was surprised and he left me with a positive attitude.

Service Technician
I appreciate Tim's professional service. He took care of the problem by replacing the part that was not working. Now my refrigerator is up and running properly. I will continue to monitor the vent in the freezer section of refrigerator for the build up of ice which was the indication of the problem causing no airflow to refrigerator section. Please note that the previous service tech did not try to resolve the same problem because at the time he came to check my refrigerator, the iced vents cleared up and stated the refrigerator was working.

Professional tech but after he left product stopped working
On time true professional friendly Only one issue we thought it was fixed with the adjustments he made but at 1030 this evening I went to heat up my coffee and the microwave had stopped working again. I believe the latches on the door are worn and thats why contact is not being made all the same symptoms as before. Light comes but not heat or rotation clock counts down but heat not being generated. Thomas adjusted the switches and all worked fine. Until I went to use it as previously stated. I pray his work is warrantied and he will return at earliest convenience to recheck his work and make the necessary corrections.
