Dryer repair
George was great! He was a 5 out of 5. He called earlier in the morning to let us know he would be here around noon, which he was. When he arrived he went right to work and diagnosed the problem. The dryer needed a fuse he didn't have in the truck so he left and quickly retrieved one. He repaired the machine and was on his way. If we need future repairs we hope George is available again.

The Service provided by Juan was very good, as I have already indicated on my previous survey that I did yesterday. I was disappointed that I was not able to get even an approximate time of service a day before my appointment. I have a son with a disability that I have to take to work, which means I am not at home ALL the time. I called Sears and all I could get was a recording. So Yesterday I had to take my son very early to make sure I was back at home by 8:00 a.m. Otherwise, I was very happy with the service.
