Job Well Done!
Antonio was very nice and explained in great detail the issue, the solution, and the process of the repair. He and the gentleman that arrived with him did great and I didn't have to clean up after them like I've had to do with previous repair personnel.

Fixed Dryer
I had complained about the late arrival and lack of notice, but turned out it was A&E's fault for giving Jonathan the wrong phone number. He was very efficient, took clothes dryer completely apart, cleaned all the parts and put it back together. The horrible noise was gone and no parts had to be ordered.

Jorge checked the icemaker kit that he confirmed was not making ice and has not made ice since October 24, 2024. He agreed with the previous technician that the refrigerator need to be replaced after 17 technician visits and 10 parts replaced that the refrigerator was not repairable.
