Great tech, outrageous labor rates.
Jon was knowledgeable and courteous. Called early in the morning to let us know an estimated time and called again when on the way. Labor rates are higher than AC tech, mechanic, or plumber Not reasonable at all. Over $300 for labor for a job that would take less than an hour. No thank you. Will never utilize Sears again.

Not the techs fault
Warranty process is a joke. Worst experience that I have had with any company in my 64 years. After the stalling and delays I did a bit of research and found Federal class action suit and also investigations by states att. generals in multiple states. Service finally provided was fine but by that point I had already had to buy another new stove.
