Efficient & rapid diagnosis and fix
The compressor went out on my Kenmore Elite frig 3 weeks ago. Kenmore/Sears ordered the parts and repaired it. Since the repair the frig just doesn't feel cold enough. Also the icemaker stopped working immediately. I called them up & they sent a tech out the next day. The tech listened and immediately confirmed my suspicions. He fixed my unit on the spot at no charge. And now both the unit temp & ice maker are working perfectly. I live a happy ending!!!

Excellent Repairman
I really appreciated Jonathon fixing my washing machine. While repairing it, he noticed the fill hose was starting to leak. My husband went out and got another set and Jonathan replaced them. I asked him to let me know when I could clean behind the washer. I just had knee replacement surgery and am having to use a walker. Jonathon told me he had already cleaned up behind it. What a lovely gesture of kindness that was! He also cleaned up the floor of my laundry room before they left. Jonathan also was very proactive in letting me know when he would arrive to start my repairs.
