This is the 21st technician to come to my home to replace the fifth icemaker in my refrigerator. The problem started on May 23, 2024 and has never been fixed although they have replaced 14 parts in the refrigerator and in two more months, the issue will have gone on for one year. Sears Service has gotten worse each year. In the many years, I have had a service policy.
