Danny did a good job but he should have tested it out with clothes and not just without. I have another appointment scheduled. Now as far as it took to get an appointment, the process was awful. Sixty-five year old women don't want to talk to an AI hack! You may think it covers all questions and answers needed, but it my case it did not. I needed another appointment or for Danny to come back right away! I wash lots of clothes and this whole process except for Danny has been stressful! Yes stressful. When you can't wash clothes, you want a human, you don't want to press buttons!! Customer service can ONLY be proved by a person!!!

He knows why it went wrong
Ralph Fixed a complicated issue on our Dryer. He knew why the heater stayed on with the door open and why the overload tripped. Very impressed.

Dishwasher door repair a success
I am most grateful for the technician that came out, Ralph Stout, I believe. I would give more stars if they were available. Very informative and follows directions to a "T". He is the only one we ever gave directions to that ever made it our home in the middle of nowhere without getting lost. This is a great guy to have around. Would be even better if he could teach the youth of today work ethics, courtesy and respect. I learned much from him in the short time he repaired the dishwasher door. Thank you for helping us get back to working order!!

Dryer fixed
Ralph came even though they were trying to say I had to reschedule due to a part that had not arrived. So he called to see if it had arrived and it did so he ended up coming and fixed my dryer turns out it was not the parts that were ordered. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Ralph was going on 21/2weeks without a dryer.
