Great technician
He was very helpful and explained everything to my husband, while I was at work, about what could possibly be wrong with the washer. He went over the benefits of the sears insurance for appliances and goty husband set up with that.

Ralph is excellent in understanding and efficiently ordering and repairing the appliances. He expalins things well and answers questions for the customer. He is cheerful and enjoys his work. I really appreciate him being the repairman. Also, he was able to clean the coils on the back of refridgerator. He was very helpful. I initially was not looking forward to having to do the repair. GE dryer adjustment
Ralph is extraordinary. Not only does he know his craft exceedingly well, he is also a joy to visit with. When he was working on our clothes-dryer problem, he received several phone calls to get his advice from other service-techs. Ralph was more than willing to help them out. No doubt he is a master-mentor. This guy was a jewel to explain what he was doing to solve the dryer's problem, and solve it he did. Sears Home Services better hope he can be kept on the payroll before some other service-company hires him away.
