Your technician came out and checked the freezer. He explained what was wrong, and why it could not be repaired. He recommended getting dry ice to keep the food cold until it could be replaced.

Technician was thoroughly and respectful, Didn't fix the problem, Poor communication with warranty and service agreement company, Overall the Technician was not the blame, Hope to get this resolved quickly, My family is living out if a cooler, Refrigerator is completely not running.
