Ac repair
He was very efficient.. would not look at the ac unit until payment received., i found that a bit different.. besides that he was ok

Fix icemaker
He was very nice and fixed the problem quickly! On another matter I will never buy another Sears appliance! We have had so many repair calls on this refrigerator just for ONE THING…THE ICE MAKER,!!

Douglas was fine, and knowledgeable and patient to my questions etc; however I had hard time believing all of recommended repair parts were required based on the performance of the dishwasher. Then the pressure to make a decision of the repair at the moment which matched the original cost of the dishwasher. (cost of analysis would not be applied fully to repair cost unless accepted today.) Needed time to evaluate cost of new versus monstrous repair cost. The number of followup emails after visit was ridiculous. (7 I believe)

Customer Not Notified That He Was Running Late
He didn't arrive till after 6:00. My appointment window was between 1:00-5:00. No call or text to let me know he was running late. The way I found out he'd be there by 6:30 was by calling to find out if he was still coming. It would have been nice to have been notified that he was running behind.

Problem persists, no part ordered
This was a follow-up visit after having several parts replaced. Dishwasher was making a knocking sound during wash cycle. Two men came out, said washer arm simply wasn't snapped into place, and left. Within a few minutes it was knocking again. I called Taddick, told him the problem, and he said he could "have hem order a new spray arm" and I agreed. So far I have received nothing to confirm a part has been ordered nor another follow-up scheduled to install it. Was this part ordered?
