Microwave
He was great but unfortunately the microwave could not be fixed. Your website did not state the cost for service calls, and I was surprised that it was as high as it was plus, I was still charged even though it could not be fixed. I was hoping for a discounted price

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable technician
Shawn was great, highly knowledgeable and professional. Respectful of my time by calling and letting me know when he would approximately be at my house. Explain what was and wasn't covered under warranty, he was great but American Home Shield doesn't cover everything like they say they do so that was a bit frustrating but by no means the fault of the technician.

Awesome
Kevin has been to my home several times. He is very good and does his best to get the job done right. Its the rescheduling I had an issue with. Because of a brake down I got pushed to the back of the scheduling line. There needs to be a better system than this. I had to wait 5 weeks to finally get my dishwasher fixed.

Warranty Issue
Rick was very thorough and informative in his diagnosis. I was very happy that Sears still provides appliance repair services as there are no repair options in our area. I also liked the fact that from the time I booked the appointment I was given progress updates up until the time of arrival.

Dryer making noise than shuts off.
Tech was not able to determine problem with dryer. The dryer was not making the loud noise and turning off, as it had been doing when I reported the problem.
