Kenneth was nice and I could tell he wanted to help, but, said even though I had the wiring harness, he didn't know how to install it. I don't understand sending two different men out, that told me they didn't know how to fix the problem. Sears shouldn't take on a company (magic chef)that they haven't been trained to work on

Not very personable. I ask him to call when he started to my home, but he refused, he said he was too busy. I had two dogs to pen before he arrived and it is too hot to pen them from 10 to 2 his time. When he arrived, it took both of us two pull refrig out from wall and when he left he did not help push back in place. He would not replace cover on back of refrig said he did not take it off. I had to replace the back and it is hard for me to get up from getting down on my knees and then struggle to push refrig back to wall.

Called for service on 8/7 stamps, AR. Tech came on 8/14. Found needed four parts. Ordered. Be back on 9/11. Earliest appt available. Received a call from Jack can come on 8/28. Wait all day. No show. No call. Called next day and was told appt was cancelled because parts were not in. I received all four parts on 8/16. No one called me to verify parts in or not. Then said I was supposed to call when parts came in. 9/11 came and went. No show. Called the same day and got the biggest nonsense story. Will send tech that night or next day. No show either time. Reason why did not come on 9/11 was not all parts are in. Once again confirmed that all four parts was received on 8/16. No one called to cancel or reschedule or say anything. Tyler finally showed up today 9/25 at 6:00. Left without making sure ovens working. Small oven is still not heating up to set temps. Will continue to use it and confirm that the temperate desired is or isn't being reached. We have 30 days warranty. First notice given that the small oven is still not heating up fast enough and it is not reaching higher temps in 400 degree range. Was told by tech that house number given wasn't working. He was told that a second number my cell number was supplied. He said he didn't have it. Lack of communication between tech and service department.

It has been over a month and my ice maker is still not fixed. They came out to repair it and it still doesn't work. You have spent more trying to fix it than it is worth. I need someone to call me at +19728778028. Your phone service is a joke.

I think if he had done a better job the first time he was here, there would not have been a need for a second service call. I don't think what he charged was a fair amount, especially since the water leaking damaged my cabinet. He had me sign a waiver saying he was not responsible for the damage before he would fix the problem.

Technician was rude

The technician (over the phone) informed me before arrival that he would not be able to fix 2 of the 3 issues I reported. First issue because it wasn't completely broken (ok.) Second issue because it's difficult to diagnose and he wouldn't be able to get AHS to cover anything. I spoke with AHS after Kenneths call and they confirmed otherwise. Third issue he said he should be able to work on. The technician arrives and does some basic diagnostics. He confirms 2 of the 3 issues and then tries to pull out the fridge. He only needed rear access for one of the issues. When he couldn't get it pulled out he called AHS and refused to service due to access even though he didn't need access for the primary concern. He blamed this on AHS and refused to tell AHS this over the phone. I asked technician for his managers contact info and he replied "you'll never speak to my manager." I said "excuse me?" And he stormed out of the house and didn't return or tell me he was leaving. He then filed an incomplete / false report with AHS regarding the incident.
