It has been a horrible experience since September 6,2023. Ralph said he could only fix oven ranges not wall unit ovens but he would try. Only my top oven was broke. When he left, bottom oven wasn't working either. Told me he took pictures and orders parts and to call my warranty company a place another service call. I did many times. Then after many no calls and no shows I finally got Pilar on Oct 3rd and he was wonderful. Had to order additional parts. Then I got the best two techs Jesse and Roger on Oct 6th that worked from 6:30/8:30 on a Friday night and had to return Sat morn at 9 ish to complete. Thank the Lord I now have a working oven!! So, we were without an oven from August 27-Sept 7th.

I had a very pleasant experience with the service department, operators helping me to get my LG Refrigerator appliance scheduled for a service repair, and quickly responding to me when they had to reschedule my service repair. The technicians were polite and helpful to explain how to maintain our appliance in the future to insure that it won't happen again. He was very respectful I highly recommend him for all your service needs. Only thing was that I waited awhile and before I realized it had gone out loss a couple weeks of food. I already filed a loss prevention with my Conns. Thank you again for your services. I give you the highest rating.
